For just £65 delivered to a UK mainland address, S H Jones offers you a tour of four Portuguese regions. Featuring wines from Douro, Dão, Vinho Verde and Alentejo this mixed cased showcases the diversity and interest in wines from Portugal.

The mixed case contains one bottle each of :-

1. Raza Vinho Verde
A classic Vinho Verde, with some gentle spritz and and medium / medium-dry. It boasts wonderful green-grassy freshness and is thoroughly moreish.

2. Ramos Pinto, Duas Quintas Branco, Douro
A blend of seven grapes from Ramos Pinto’s two quintas, this is surprisingly fresh, mineral with citrus and quince notes.

3. Herdade Sao Miguel, Ciconia, Alentejo
Super accessible blend of Touriga, Syrah and Aragones that marries the ripe fruits from Alentejo with a little savoury character and some exotic spice.

4. Quinta do Correio, Dao
Entry level from the Dao’s premier estate Quinta dos Roques, this has soft raspberry and black cherry fruit with lovely freshness.

5. Niepoort Drink Me, Douro
Dirk Niepoort’s entry level red has lots of the perfume and charm of his more expensive wines but in a softer more approachable style. Perfect for early drinking.

6. Herdade de Malhadinha Nova, Monte de Peceguina Tinto
A blend of Aragonêz, Alicante,Touriga and a smattering of Syrah. Part of the blend aged in new french oak barriques for 6 months. It shows ripe red and black fruit flavours, with hints of all-spice, dark chocolate and dried herbs. The tannins are sweet and ripe with an elegant firmness, making the finish long and quite concentrated.

To order your mixed case contact Tim on 01295 251177. This promotion will run until September.
