Take a look at www.quevedoportwine.com and you can find out all about what is happening at this innovative Port producing vineyard. You can see how they managed to get a live video feed into a London wine tasting venue so the visitors could see what was going on for 8 hours of their harvest on the 22nd September, and I doubt if anyone else offers you the chance to listen to the ferment! A slightly larger fermentation vessel than my friend Rozanne has in her airing cupboard!
